Participation Agreement
projectskinnyboy Privacy & Image Use Agreement

projectskinnyboy (“PSB”) is committed to handling personal information, images, and participation with care, clarity, and respect.
This agreement explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how consent works within the realities of creative production, publication, and exhibition.
Reading this document does not obligate you to participate.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to communicate with you and, if applicable, facilitate participation. This may include:
Your name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle
Age confirmation or date of birth (to verify eligibility)
Written responses or reflections you choose to share
Photos you voluntarily submit
Scheduling or logistical information
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
2. How Information Is Used
Your information may be used to:
Respond to your inquiry or expression of interest
Continue a conversation, if appropriate
Coordinate studio sessions or related logistics
Share project-related communication you have opted into
With your explicit consent, publish selected images or written material
Submitting information does not guarantee participation, posting, or publication.
3. Consent & Ongoing Control
Participation in projectskinnyboy is voluntary.
You choose what you share and what you don’t
You may request anonymity, limited identification, or no tagging
You may decline to have your story, name, or images shared publicly
You may withdraw consent for future use of your images or information at any time
There is no penalty for changing your mind.
4. Image & Content Use
If you participate in a PSB session:
Images or video will only be shared with your knowledge and consent
You will never be pressured to pose, wear, or express anything that doesn’t feel right
Content will not be used in ways that misrepresent you or your intent
projectskinnyboy is a space of care, not exposure.
5. Withdrawal of Consent & Public Commitments
(Important)
You may withdraw consent for future uses of your images or information at any time.
However, once images have been finalized for public exhibition, publication, or physical printing — including gallery exhibitions, books, or installations — consent cannot be retroactively withdrawn for those specific, already-committed uses.
This limitation exists to respect:
the time and trust invested by all involved
financial and production costs already incurred
commitments made to galleries, venues, and collaborators
No new uses will be made after a withdrawal request.
Whenever possible, PSB will communicate clearly and in advance when work is moving toward exhibition or print so that consent can be reaffirmed before this point.
6. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled responsibly.
Your data is never sold
Private contact details are never shared publicly
Information is stored securely and accessed only by PSB
We comply with applicable data protection laws
Information is retained only as long as it serves a clear, respectful purpose.
7. Communication
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive project-related communication from projectskinnyboy.
You may opt out at any time.
