Your Acceptance of this Legally Binding Agreement

IMPORTANT: BY USING OR ACCESSING THE NIXONMANUEL.COM WEB SITE AND THE INFORMATION, MATERIAL, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN BY NIXON MANUEL AND HIS ASSIGNEES., YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access the nixonmanuel.com web site or information, material, products or services provided therein. This Agreement is between you and Nixon Manuel (Nixon MODEL MANAGEMENT) and is effective at the date of your first use or access of the nixonmanuel.com web site.

pHOTOGRAPHY

a PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT ENTITLED TO USE TEST AND EXPERIMENTAL PHOTOGRAPHS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES UNLESS SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AGENCY BEFORE THE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION TAKES PLACE. THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS NOT ENTITLED TO USE ANY OF THE IMAGES HE TAKES BEYOND THAT AGRRED UNDER SECTIONS 4&5 ABOVE. THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO THIS EXTENT AGGREES TO RESTRICT HIS USE OF COPYRIGHT AND, IF THE CLIENT OF THE AGENCY IS NOT THE PHOTOGRAPHER, THE CLIENT IS TO DRAW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND OBTAIN AGREEMENT TO THEM BEFORE THE SHOOT BEGINS.
